The Guernsey contingent arrive on the afternoon of Friday 17th May and it would be super if you wanted to greet them on arrival – 2.00pm at the harbour. On Saturday morning there will be an optional visit to the Orchid Foundation, (for which there is a small charge) following which is free time for them to visit St. Helier if they wish. We will be leaving the Greenhills at 10.00am sharp. Saturday evening is a Gala dinner to be held at the Greenhills Hotel for both clubs to mingle and break bread together, 6.45 for 7.30pm. Sunday will be a joint run with a lunch stop at Holme Grown in Grouville. Meet at the Greenhills from 10.00am for an 11.00am departure.
The Gala dinner is pre-order and will cost £45 p.p. with the Club meeting the service element of the extra £4.50 p.p. (cost by the hotel is £49.50 inclusive of service), 6.45 for 7.30pm.

Lunch stop at Holme Grown on Sunday 19th will be in a private room with a 2 course menu provided but not compulsory, snacks may be ordered if required. Please meet at the Greenhills from 10.00am, departure at 11.00am.
