Terms & Conditions of participation in Events

By participating in events, members acknowledge on behalf of themselves and their passenger(s) and undertake that they accept the regulations imposed upon themselves and the Club in relation to Jersey Road Traffic Acts as well as those relating to Covid-19 to enable this event to take place as below.

Participants in any Jersey Old Motor Club (JOMC or the ‘Club’) Event or Run, take part at their own risk and are deemed to waive any claim they may have against the Club, its members, directors and officers (except in the case of gross negligence on their part), in respect of any injury, loss or other damage (including but not limited to financial loss or damage) such participants may incur either to their own person or to their vehicle or other property arising directly or indirectly from such participation, and participants further indemnify the Club and its members, directors and officers against any such claim made by any person taking part in the event at their personal invitation.
